Hi, just a warning to anyone going gluten free. I think everyone has a sweet tooth from time to time. Can’t have cake, bread is terrible, you need that fix! I did anyway. I always loved red licorice and black for that matter. Bought a pkg. of twizzlers, had a few that night and it was wonderful…really needed it. Next day my elbows and hips were broken out by the DH rash. Only thing different I had was those twizzlers…read the label, second ingredient was WHEAT! Just an FYI …good luck all! It is tough. But we can do it!
Is this a 30 day program or you need to stay grain free for ever? I have the Celiac Gene and Gluten sensitivity (no symptoms) when I ate Gluten. Have been Gluten free 4 months and remained grain free for 3 months but did not see any improvement besides losing weight which I did not want to lose so I start eating grains again but much less. I do have chest/Rib-cage pain with lack of air but apparently, that comes from a nerve problem on my cervical spine but the functional medicine wanted me to believe it was all due to a leaky gut, grains and gluten.
Did you get through with H Pylori Stool test, I have read about H Pylori where some time it attach same as Gluten Sensitivity and react mostly after eating gluten.
