Your credit card statement will show billing from “O Organics LLC.”

Any unopened product purchased within 30 days can be mailed back to our facility for a full item refund back to the original form of payment.

Should you receive your order in a damaged condition, please send pictures of the damage along with your email, so that we can arrange for a prompt resolution.

**Shipping service fees are non-refundable.

**No refunds are offered on lab testing once your sample is submitted to the lab.
