  1. I had no idea there was a connection between gluten sensitivity and mold allergies. AS a child we discovered I had an allergy to mold that caused asthma severe enough that we had to move. I had migraines frequently in my 20s and 30s. I always have sinus congestion. For the past 4 years i have been gliten-free because of gastric issues, bating, constipation, achiness, hair loss, fatigue and adult acne that I believe are triggered by gluten sensitivity. I have not been tested for gluten sensitivity or celiac. I found this article very interesting and informative. Is it possible my symptoms have been part of my mold alledgy all along, and should I bother getting tested for gluten issues?

  2. I lived in an apartment that would get so moldy the sewer would back up out in the entrance hallway. Well days maybe a week I smelled the mold and I looked under machines and found out they never cleaned after the sewer water. Well I was going to drs and emergency rooms because I couldn’t breath. I would be put on antibiotics and steroids got better. Than I had mold in the wood around windows. I couldn’t take it no more I got out of that crap hole. I have now what they say fibromyalgia but I don’t think so. But if I have a body flare up they put you on steroids and the pain goes away like that night than you do the treatment going lower each day. I don’t even have a productive cough were you cough and sounds loose in years they say I have copd but I don’t I know it’s asthma because slot oh inhalers don’t work going to be finding new lung dr. My throat swells closed so I know it’s allgeries.
