I was most interested in reading about Chereyls journey as I’ve been suffering with many food allergies for over 40 years now.
Sugar has been added to my list. I have found it so difficult to follow any meal plans as most have one or another of foods I can’t have .
I got out your book again , but the first breakfast calls for 1/2 cup blueberries which I love , but there is the sugar again.
I’d be most interested in exactly what did Chereyl eat for her meals ?
I’ve always felt like I was on a roller coaster trying to eat the right foods .
I write to you because I can’t get her video to come up and play.
Thank you
Sandy
