I talked about Inositol with my MD …I’m using it to get a better sleep at night ( and Its working !! ) and to possibly see if I can lower my Thyroid antibodies. All my other values are in normal range except for the antibodies. I do have a hx of Hashimoto’s.

Taking this supplement to improve my thyroid disease despite normal range values on blood tests. The muscle spasms ceased after the second day of use. Complimenting this with high selenium foods. Cannot tolerate inositol every day due to GI upset. I use it every other day.
