Adrena-Calm – Support for Stress Adaptation
The adrenal glands are small, triangular-shaped glands located on top of both kidneys. They produce hormones that help regulate metabolism, immune system, blood pressure, and response to stress. When the body is chronically stressed, cortisol levels stay elevated. This longer term elevation can have a number of deleterious effects on the body.
