Ultra Serine contains a key ingredient, Phosphatidylserine, which is a vital component of cell membranes, including those of mitochondria, the energy-producing organelles within cells. Phosphatidylserine makes up a significant portion (up to 15%) of the phospholipids in the human cerebral cortex, the outer layer of the brain responsible for higher cognitive functions. Its presence in the brain is essential for various neuronal processes.

Research suggests that phosphatidylserine supplementation can benefit a range of brain activities, including memory, cognition, and mood regulation. Because Phosphatidylserine is not abundant in common food sources, supplementation may be the most effective way to increase levels in the body.
