  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Mix the Warrior Bread mix with the egg whites, water, and cider vinegar in a large bowl. Stir well to combine. Knead with your hands for 1 minute.
  • Line a loaf pan with some parchment paper and add the dough. Press on top to flatten and spread evenly. Bake for about an hour until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, mix all of the turkey spices in a small bowl and stir to combine. Rub the spices over the turkey on all sides to coat. Place the turkey on a baking sheet and bake about 45 minutes to an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.
  • Remove the bread from the loaf pan and cover loosely with a paper towel. Allow the turkey to cool for 15 minutes, then wrap with plastic and place in the fridge. Allow both things to fully cool before using, at least 1 hour.
  • Slice the bread into sandwich slices.
  • Slice the turkey into thin slices.
  • Build the sandwich starting with the bread and whatever condiments you like, followed by the turkey and veggies. Serve.
