Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix the Warrior Bread mix with the egg whites, water, and cider vinegar in a large bowl. Stir well to combine. Knead with your hands for 1 minute.
Line a loaf pan with some parchment paper and add the dough. Press on top to flatten and spread evenly. Bake for about an hour until cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix all of the turkey spices in a small bowl and stir to combine. Rub the spices over the turkey on all sides to coat. Place the turkey on a baking sheet and bake about 45 minutes to an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.
Remove the bread from the loaf pan and cover loosely with a paper towel. Allow the turkey to cool for 15 minutes, then wrap with plastic and place in the fridge. Allow both things to fully cool before using, at least 1 hour.
Slice the bread into sandwich slices.
Slice the turkey into thin slices.
Build the sandwich starting with the bread and whatever condiments you like, followed by the turkey and veggies. Serve.
