- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Turkey
- 1 large turkey breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sandwich topping option
- mayo
- mustard
- sliced onions
- pickled peppers
- cucumber
- lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Mix the Warrior Bread mix with the egg whites, water, and cider vinegar in a large bowl. Stir well to combine. Knead with your hands for 1 minute.
- Line a loaf pan with some parchment paper and add the dough. Press on top to flatten and spread evenly. Bake for about an hour until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix all of the turkey spices in a small bowl and stir to combine. Rub the spices over the turkey on all sides to coat. Place the turkey on a baking sheet and bake about 45 minutes to an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.
- Remove the bread from the loaf pan and cover loosely with a paper towel. Allow the turkey to cool for 15 minutes, then wrap with plastic and place in the fridge. Allow both things to fully cool before using, at least 1 hour.
- Slice the bread into sandwich slices.
- Slice the turkey into thin slices.
- Build the sandwich starting with the bread and whatever condiments you like, followed by the turkey and veggies. Serve.
