- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
- Prepare the dough according to the package instructions- beat the egg whites a few minutes, then mix the water, eggs, and vinegar into the bread mix. Knead for 1 minute. 
- Split the dough into 6 equal sized balls and roll them out into a log. Place the logs onto a parchment lined baking sheet and use a knife to make 4 slits on top of each. This will help it cook evenly. 
- Bake about 35 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through. 
- Allow to cool for a half hour, then slice down the center to form buns. 
- Preheat a grill to medium. 
- Cook the sausages on the grill to brown and cook through, about 20 minutes. 
- Use a pan on the grill, or a veggie grate to char the peppers and onions. 
- Put the sausages into the buns and top with the peppers and onions. 
- Serve.
