"Shake and Bake" Style Pork Chops with Warrior Breadcrumbs & Apples

  • 2 large apples, diced
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 cups Warrior Breadcrumbs (see recipe below)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 large boneless pork chops


  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Put the apples in a frying pan with some oil, the coconut sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and some salt. Add a splash of water, cover, and simmer for about a half hour until a simple apple sauce is formed.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs in a large bowl and add in the herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, and smoked paprika. Add another pinch of salt.
  • Finally stir in the olive oil and use a spatula to make sure it is distributed evenly.
  • One by one, take the pork chops and toss them in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes (time depends on thickness of pork chops) until the internal temperature reaches 150. I like to flip them once in the middle of cooking for even browning.
  • Remove from the oven, top with the apples, and serve.
