    Instructions
    1. Cut the steak into several pieces according to how large you want each steak to be.

    2. Place the cut steak onto a cutting board, and place a sheet of wax paper over it.

    3. Using a meat mallet (hammer), tenderize the steak.

    4. Add Warrior Bread mix, salt, pepper, and paprika to a large bowl or plate.

    5. Add whisked eggs to a separate bowl or plate.

    6. Coat each steak with flour first, then egg, then flour. Gently set aside each steak on a separate plate.

    7. On medium heat, add avocado oil/butter to pan.

    8. Cook steaks until done, according to preferences. (We cooked ours medium, and it was golden brown).

    9. Serve plain or with your favorite grain free gravy recipe.

      1. Alli says:

The “southern” way I was taught was to use hamburger (like for regular hamburgers) make into a patty, in a bowl scramble up some eggs, in another bowl crush up some saltine crackers. Then dip/dunk your hamburger patties into the egg mixture, then into the crushed crackers (coating both sides) & then put it into the skillet. You can add Pepper or other spices to the hamburger patty first or after you put them into the skillet. Then fry it up (use whatever oil/grease you want) & then serve it up with Country gravy, veggies & mashed potatoes……MmmmMmmmMmm
