We get this every year…it is one of our top questions. I went and ate at (insert family member here)’s house, now I’ve gotten glutened – what do I do? How can I feel better quickly?

It is very normal when going gluten free to “challenge” the premise. It is part of the learning curve. Once you deviate and fall off the wagon and have those negative experiences, it is much easier to fully commit.
