Don’t Eat It! The Wrong Food Can Trigger Autoimmune Disease
Overcoming autoimmune disease naturally can be challenging, and to be successful, you have to have the right mindset and apply the right diet and lifestyle behaviors. In this episode, I discuss the second of five behaviors to overcome autoimmune problems and to improve your overall health. If it is unhealthy or makes you feel bad, then DON’T EAT IT! Remember that unhealthy causes inflammation and inflammation causes autoimmune disease.

Always remember the three cardinal rules of eating.
1. You cannot establish or maintain health eating food that is not healthy.
2. If you feel bad when you eat it, stop eating it.
3. Don’t eat what you are allergic or intolerant to. This last rule can be tested for in your doctor’s office, so make sure you ask your doctor to perform appropriate testing to help identify food allegies.
