Diabetes and Your Kidneys – What Your Doctor May Never Tell You
Diabetes is a disease of high glucose or high blood sugar. The second most effected organs are your kidneys.

A lot of people think heart disease, but it’s really kidney disease. You know, a lot of the diet, a lot of the dialysis places that you see popping up on every corner in major cities, where people are going so they can get hooked up to a machine because their own kidneys are so coated with sugar. They don’t function as filters anymore. And so they have to go sit for four hours or eight hours, or however long that prescription is for. They have to get dialysis for several hours a day, or several days a week in order to continue to survive because their kidneys have been so damaged by that excess glucose.
