3 Natural Approaches to Improving Psoriasis

1. Get more sunshine on a daily basis
2. Check your vitamin and mineral status to assess that you have the nutrients necessary to help support healthy skin. B-vitamins, vitamin C, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin E, and others have been shown to help support vibrant skin.
3. Diet change. The best diet for psoriasis is the No Grain No Pain 30 day protocol. This includes dairy, sugar, and grain free eating.
