Ingredients:
5-6 yellow squash
1 onion (chopped)
1 stalk celery (chopped)
margarine
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
Wash and brush skins of squash thoroughly.Cut up in slices. Saute onions and celery
in butter. Add squash, 1/4 cup water, garlic powder and salt. Bring squash to a boil
and reduce to medium heat. Cook until tender.
