    Dr. O –

THANK YOU for this very useful and practice video, gluten & medications.

My naturopath suggested something called “Cortef” through my MD.  Well, I was able to research it and after I grabbed my chair to not jump out of my seat, I saw the inactive ingredients.  Could you please give your opinion on these ingredients?  Are there hidden code words for gluten?  Other concerns in the words?

    thanks!

Inactive ingredients: calcium stearate, corn starch, lactose, mineral oil, sorbic acid, sucrose.

    Corn starch – gluten

Lactose – dairy (most likely GMO and from cows fed grain)

Sucrose – Sugar – not healthy.

    Thank you so much.

I see corn starch in lots of things.  Is this gluten from the corn, or gluten from wheat that’s added to it?
