GOOD NIGHT, MY NAME IS MERCEDES WHITE, LICENSE NUTRITIONIST IN CARACAS VENEZUELA, SORRY ABOUT MY ENGLISH
THE GLUTEN FREE SOCIETY GAVE ME THE ANSWER TO SOME PROBLEMS I COULD NOT POSIBLE RESOLVE BEFOREHAND THANKS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO FRONTIERS IN KNOWLEDGE AND HELP TO ANY PLACE IN THE WORLD
FOR ME , GLUTEN FREE WAS WHEAT, RYE, OATS AND BARLEY,THE CLASSIC ONES I KNOW RIGHT NOW THAT ALL GRAINS CONTAIN GLUTEN. WHY IS STILL THE NOTION THAT CON, MAIZE ECT, ARE GLUTEN FREE. WHERE ARE THE STUDIES? WHY SO MANY DOCTORS , FASANO, MERCOLA, JULIE MATTEWS AND OTHERS , SOME INSTITUTIONS STILL BELIEVE THAT? I HAVE HEARD THAT IS BECAUSE THE PROLAMINE IN THE SOME GRAINS ARE GENETICALLY DIFFERENT THEREFORE SOME ARE PROBLEMATICS ANS SOME ARE NOT? IT HAS BEEN DIFFICULT TO CONVINCE PEOPLE ON THE MATTER I NEED TO KNOW WHERE ALL STARTED , WHY IS THIS NOTION KEPT ALIVE?

ALSO, IS RICE WHICH IS NOT GENETICALLY MODIFIED AND DO HAVE ONLY 5% OF PROLAMINE, COULD BE CONSIDER SAFE SOMETIMES? ANY EXPIRIENCE. SOME PATIENTS ARE VERY RELUCTANT TO TAKE THEM ALL

IN THE GENETIC TEST, IS THE SAME TO HAVE ONE, TWO, OR THREE POSITIVE ALELES, IN REFERENCE TO COMPLETELY OR PARTIALLY ELIMINATE GLUTEN

You will find these questions answered and more.
    All the best,
    Dr. OSmile
