    Is Quinoa considered a gluten?

    From what I know technically it is not.  However, because it is processed on the same machines as gluten containing products, trying to find one that isn't contaminated with gluten is impossible, or almost impossible.  If you use it you are taking a big chance on getting glutened. I have a bag of so called gluten free in my cupboard and I keep saying I'm going to try it, but I'm too scared.
