Hi there, I enjoy cooking with nutritional yeast every once in awhile as a cheese substitute. There seems to be a lot of controversy surrounding this ingredient. Yay or nay?
I would say no. Just recently watched Dr. David Clark’s videos on the 3 top things to avoid when going gluten free: milk, yeast and corn!!
