I've been doing great, and decided to try an Ezekiel bread bun. This
is the first time I've had Ezekiel bread in over a year, after
experiencing 3 days of extreme bloating the last time I had it (but I
thought that mixing it with wine possibly caused the problem that time).
Anyway, last weekend, I had an Ezekiel bread bun at about 2:00 pm. Ate very clean the rest of the day. I woke up at 3:00 am violently vomiting. The vomiting lasted for almost 6 hrs. I even passed out, and ran a fairly high fever. No diahhrea, just vomiting.
I'm trying to decide if the gluten was the problem, or if possibly it was E-coli from some raw cauliflower I ate.
Anyone else have a severe reaction like this to gluten?
