I made turkey soup and thickened it by sifting some white bean flour in the soup and whisking until the right thickness for stew. Then, I made these biscuits http://www.dietdessertndogs.com/2009/08/18/grain-free-coconut-flour-biscuits/printthis  I used the stevia drops and not agave and I used the white bean flour for the variations mentioned.  When the biscuits are hot they are good chunked up in the stew. After they cool a little they taste better just to eat, but I really liked them chunked up inside of my bowl of stew! 🙂
