    I am a subscriber and my daughter is as well. She has been billed an incorrect amount and is trying to get in touch with you to get it corrected.

     

    She wants to continue her membership but is not willing to continue if she can’t get this fixed.

     

    She has left several messages on two different numbers with no return call or email. Her name is Allison. I too left a message this morning.

     

    I hope someone can get back to one of us soon as we need to get this straightened out.
