    Gluten Free Oatmeal

    1/2 Roasted Acorn Squash, pureed 1-2 T. Ground Flax Seeds
    1 T. Almond Butter 1/2 tsp. Pure Maple Syrup (if desired…the squash is usually sweet enough, after roasting, on it's own)
    1 tsp. Cinnamon

    Squish the squash, almond butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle with flax and drizzle with maple syrup (optional). Serve.

    Awesome for breakfast!Smile
