    *Makes 36 cookies

     

    Ingredients:

    – 2 1/2 cups blanchedd almond flour

    – 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

    – 1 teaspoon baking soda

    – 1/2 Cup arrowroot powder 

    – 6 tablespoon grapeseed oil

    – 1/2 Cup agave nectar

    – 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

    Ground cinnamon top topping

    Sugar (if desired)

     

    How to:

    In a large bowl, combine arrowroot powder, baking soda, sea salt and

    almond flour.

    In a seperated bowl, whisk together the grapeseed oil, agave nectar and

    vanilla extract.

    Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

    Refrigerate the dough for one to two hours.

    Form the dough into balls, then coat with cinnamon,place on baking

    sheet.

    Bake for 7 to 10 minutes

     

    ** Alternatively, the cinnamon and sugar can be combined into a mixture 

    and the balls coated with a cinnamon/sugar mixture.

    HOW MUCH ARROWROOT POWDER?? 1/2 WHAT?? THE BOWL IS IN THE FRIDGE RIGHT NOW BUT IT SEEMS AWFULLY RUNNY. BATTER TASTES GOOD THOUGH : )

    Welllllll……. I only put in 1/2 tsp Arrowroot powder but added 1 cup tapioca flour. They wouldn't form into balls and when I pulled them out of the oven, I found 1 GIANT thin cookie covering the entire cookie sheet. LOL…. I just cut them into squares and ate them that way. Tasted great!!

    what can I sub for the almond flour? My son is allergic to tree nuts!

    have tried coconut flour right now almond isnt an option for my husband
