Hi! I'd like to know if the use of shea butter as a skin lotion is ok for someone with skin irritations that may be due to gluten sensitivity. Or does the use of shea butter make the problem worse?
If someone is trying to be completely grain-free, should they stay away from shea butter, since it is a nut butter?
Nuts are OK…they aren't grains. I like shea butter too. Hope someone comes up with a definitive answer.
