Any recommendations out there for natural relief from seasonal allergies (aside from avoidance)?  My daughter has been getting really bad red puffy watery eyes and stuffy/runny nose for the past week or so.  Children's liquid benedryll contains corn syrup and even though Claritan is considered “gluten free” I doubt it's actually safe.  She uses Rx eyedrops (Pataday) but they barely seem to help.  Cold compresses to her eyes do help a lot, but is there anything else to possibly prevent the attack?  Maybe a supplement of some kind?  She LOVES to be outside and I hate keeping her in the house.  Frown

If she is old enough to swallow a pill, use Aller-C.  It is not OTC, but you can call my office 281-240-2229 and have it shipped to you.  Works extremely well and fast for seasonal allergies.

    All the best,

    Dr. O
