Hemp is a seed.  No gluten or studies on hemp creating serious health complications for those with gluten sensitivity.

I am new to this…so bare with me. Wild Rice is okay, can you give me brands to look for? Also, I found a product that sounded good to me that was a nut granola so I wrote down the ingredients and made up my own to save money. I don’t even know what their brand taste like. Can I post what I made up on this website?

You can find a number of wild rice companies (farmer direct) online.

You can post the granola recipe provided it is completely grain free.

My Naturopath told me that heirloom rice is okay. Is this true; is it gluten free like wild rice? I found some from Lotus Foods called Heirloom Forbidden Rice and under ingredients is just says: Black Rice. It is black but it is short, not long like wild rice.

I don’t recommend it – heirloom or not.
