I am on a cadida diet so I use xylitol or stevia instead of sugar, apple cider vinegar instead of white, and I use grapeseed oil or olive oil (sometimes olive is too strong tasting) I also do not whisk by hand, I use a blender, you have to add the oil by dribbling it in and I mean DRIBBLING. If you add it too fast it will not turn out. Do a search online and read several recipes, it will help when you decide to do it and give you a few hints.
Oh and tonight I made tacos for everyone and I made mine a salad without cheese. I do not use taco seasoning from store, I just season with chili powder, cumin, garlic and salt (no real recipe just dump some in) that is very good too. Tonight I actually cooked some wild rice and mixed it in with the burger, I REALLY LIKE THAT! Look in the recipe section on this sight there are some other good meals as well. Another quick one for me is salmon, dipped in egg and then almond flour and fried in grapeseed oil or olive oil (or you oil of choice). Also, any recipe calling for milk I have had success substituting coconut milk, it has a little different flavor but I like it. If it calls for butter I use coconut oil.
