I just had a very frightening thought. I was cutting up and apple and peeled off the sticker and some residue stayed on the apple. I washed it and it was still sticky. I ended up cutting that part of the skin off. I know that glue on other stickers contain gluten. So, I looked it up online and the only thing I could find was that the stickers were edible and the fda approved them. Well, the fact that the fda approved them, does nothing to make me feel safe. Does anyone know if those little stickers contain gluten?

    Thanks,

    Lori

They can.  Primarily from corn.  Sometimes soy is used as well.
