I think I unintentionally got my body into ketosis a while back. I actually felt really good and especially liked not being hungry and not craving sugar and carbs. However, I did get dizzy and tired and I didn’t realize it at the time, but I think the ketosis was causing it. I thought it might be blood sugar related and possibly blood pressure. I have low average blood pressure and I think I might have blood sugar issues, (reactive hypoglycemic) but haven’t been diagnosed.
There seems to be different opinions about whether ketosis is bad for you or not. Some of the paleo people say not and this can be done long term. Looks like with cutting out gluten and sugar, more people would be getting into this state.
Could this be a temporary side effect as my body adjusts? What you are thoughts?
