Anyone know if Psyllium is safe? There is a paleo bread out there these are the ingredients: Purified Water, Blanched Almond Flour, Egg Whites, Psyllium, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda. If interested check it out at www dot paleobread dot com.

    Thanks,
    Lori

Psyllium is the husk of a seed. It is what is in Metamucil. Seeds are not my friends. They seem to be harsh on the gut. And since healing of my gut is part of the true gluten free life for me, I choose to stay away from things that many interfere with the healing.

    Just my take on psyllium.
