    Pizza Sauce (Makes 1 cup)

     

    7 ounces organic tomato paste

    1/4 cup water

    1 tablespoon herbes de provence

    1 teaspoon sea salt

    1 tablespoon minced garlic

     

    In a saucepan, bring the tomato paste, water herbes de provence, salt and garlic to a boil.

    Decrease the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until thick.

    Spread the sauce over the Pizza Crust.

    Distribute cheese evenly over the sauce and then top with your favorite toppings–broccoli,

    olives, mushrooms, or whatever you prefer.

     

    Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Let the pizza cool briefly before serving.
