Oats – not safe regardless of source.

    Pectin – gluten free/grain free

I cannot say for sure what, what, when because this was awhile ago but I just wanted to add this:  I am thinking I called a company about pectin (not sure who, sorry?) but seemed like this could be from an unsafe source (corn?)…..in my mind I know I was being careful to watch pectin, I make sure it is “apple pectin”….usually by calling the company.

Dr. O, any thoughts on this?

Pectin is typically a fruit derivative not a grain derivative.  Smile
