    Hi!  I'm from the Charlotte area of North Carolina.  Our family discovered gluten intollerancce when my third child was born.  She had an intollerance to cow's milk protien, but even dairy free, she was still having chronic diarreah.  I took her off gluten and her symptoms improved greatly.  Through that, I found that I responded well to a GF diet.  I did genetic testing, and I am a DQ8 DQ8.  Once I learned that, I took my other biological child off gluten.  His asthma dissapeared.  Our family is mostly dairy free and gluten free, although I am now experimenting with avoiding all grains.  My naturapath suggested I avoid corn, and it seems that has been helpful.  While looking up info about corn, I found this site.
