This was adapted from a recipe Grain Free Mom posted on facebook:
1 1/2 C pecans chopped (not too fine)
1 C almond meal
1/2 C flax seed (I didn't have this so I just added 1/2 C more almond meal
1 T cinnamon
Mix above ingredients in a bowl.

In a pan add 1/2 C almond milk and 3 Tbsp & 3/4 tsp. Truvia (or 1/2 C agave)
Boil milk and sweetner for approx. 2 minutes (I did a little less)

Pour milk mixture overtop of nut mixture and mix well. Then, press in a 9 inch square pan. Make sure you press them very firmly, so you can cut them and pick them up and eat them.
That's it no baking involved!
