Just wanted to let you all know that I stumbled across a really great gluten free, dairy free, sugar free cookbook
If you are looking for some really good recipes I would recommend that
you check this one out.  It is a paleo cookbook.  I find that paleo does
the best job at sticking to a TRUE gluten free diet.

You can check it out here < <==

    All the best,

I have purchased the Paleo Cookbook and I am very pleased with the content. There is a lot of variety
and the recipes are pretty easy to follow. It is great to have recipes that do not require adjustments
to make them true gluten free.

In additon to the cookbook, she includes in the offer some very helpful bonus.

This is such a good resource for those that starting out with the gluten free lifestyle. It keeps things simple.

    More questions here..
Since I can’t take a look at it to see for myself it being a download: I am wondering if there are lots of recipes with nuts and legumes? I can’t eat nuts (allergy) and do bad on legumes.
Thanks for any answer. I feel I have bought so many cookbooks where I can hardly eat any of the dishes.

There are some recipes that have nuts in their ingredients, but they are limited. Green beans and green peas are used but are limited to a few recipes. The other legumes we are familiar with are not used.

I usually do not like to buy books of recipes since so many of the recipes contain things I do not want in my diet and then I either have to make substitions or only use a couple of the recipes.

I know it will not be the same for all of us, but I have found more recipes in these books that I can use without adjustments than in all the other books I have combined. There is a 60 day money back guarantee. So you could look at the recipes and see if it would work for you.

It is a download. Doesn’t work to type in links here to pages, so do a search on Nikki Young and Paleo cookbooks and you should find the page.

HI, the link doesn’t show up.  Try not linking it maybe?

Also, what types of recipes are in your GFS cookbook?

    I have two cookbooks:

    1. Glutenology – a beginners cookbook.  It contains some dairy and sugar, but all of the recipes are grain free.

    2. Gluten Free Health Solution – This book is Paleo – no grain, no dairy, no sugar, no legumes.  It is a more advanced cookbook, but it contains some of my favorite recipes.  You can download it here:

    Hi there

can you please help me…I am so confused with your website(s). I just want to get a book of recipies that are truly gluten free and a list of alternative foods etc. I have no idea what I can eat and it is really depressing. I have chronic migraines and need help fast.

    Kind regards

    Michelle
