Good morning all, I was diagnosed with Crohns disease in 1998 after I had a surgical resection. I have done wheat free for years, but still had weight loss and flare ups. I’ve been grain free for about 3 months now. There has been a definite improvement being grain free, less brain fog and some weight gain.
I’ve done a lot of reading and researching to educate myself about gluten. Currently I only have a sore throat now for about a month. I’m at a loss what to do next. My current GI specialists can find nothing wrong, and offer nothing else. Does anyone else live in New Jersey who can recommend a doctor who believes in the gluten free diet?
