    Good morning all, I was diagnosed with Crohns disease in 1998 after I had a surgical resection. I have done wheat free for years, but still had weight loss and flare ups. I’ve been grain free for about 3 months now. There has been a definite improvement being grain free, less brain fog and some weight gain.

    I’ve done a lot of reading and researching to educate myself about gluten. Currently I only have a sore throat now for about a month. I’m at a loss what to do next. My current GI specialists can find nothing wrong, and offer nothing else. Does anyone else live in New Jersey who can recommend a doctor who believes in the gluten free diet?

    Go through the video on regaining health again in the member area. It lists many of the lab tests and lifestyle changes you may need to initiate. Additionally, you can look on and do a zip code search for doctors in your area.
