I have purchased some of these and really like them a lot, I am hoping they are safe.  Dr. O do you have an opinion?  I made spaghetti with them and really enjoyed it. I have also added them to chicken soup and enjoyed chicken noodle soup for the first time in FOREVER!!! Wink

They are TRUE gluten free.  I don't recommend them as a staple in the diet, but they are find for the occasional use.

That is WONDERFUL I have found any processed food, should not be a staple no matter how slightly processed it is. But, to be able to have chicken noodle soup once in awhile and spaghetti, that is just wonderful!!!!!!

Where can I find both of these- mung bean and kelp noodles!  I would like to try! Are they available in Whole Foods or online? Thanks!
