I was getting into trouble eating a heavy gluten challenge diet for 3 months, but I had to so It would show up on my blood tests.  I felt worse as time went on, and my pressure rose from 117/72 to 150/99, and I gained 16 lbs. My body got covered in cellulite. My ankles were starting to swell at night.

I've always been able to change my health profile in as little as 2 to 3 weeks, as long as I changed what I was eating and didn't cheat. Why should this time be any different.

I have Candida, and I'm intolerant to gluten and many other foods. In just 2 weeks on a very strict 100% compliant diet, my pressure is normal again at 112/72, and I've lost 10 lbs! Edema no doubt. My cellulite is going away. I'm fixing my body with nutrition. My food is my medicine.
