I heard Dr. Osborne discouraging the use of baked breads as a staple food, but in the video I watched, the reason he seemed to give was that retail flours contain preservatives and other unwanted ingredients. But this is not always the case. E.g., Bob’s Red Mill offers some very nutritious flours, such as the bean flours and nut flours, without any additives. Some are also organic. So, if it’s organic and nutritious, why not?

That said, does anyone know of any RETAIL grain free rolls, buns, sandwich breads, etc. that I can buy? I stay pretty busy and would prefer not to have to bake my own bread.
