Is there a way to make gluten free bread without any grains?  Also pasta, is there any such thing as true gluten free pasta?

    Great question!

Some people make breads using coconut, almond, and tapioca flours.  They do not have the same texture of consistency as normal bread, so it may be a let down for you.

As far as gluten free pasta is concerned, I recommend using mung bean noodles (also called glass noodles).  You can also use spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute.

    All the best,

    Dr. O
