Myself and my 4 children are gluten intolerant. Staying away from all grains is easier for me than it is for the children. They have many temptations throughout the day at school and friends houses. That being said, my kids really do make an effort to stay away from it all. My question today is, is there a chewable digestive enzyme for children that will work for gluten intolerance? Right now, being summer, they have various camps that are feeding them snacks (mostly approved by me), and I can’t be 100% sure that they are not getting contaminated food. Most people don’t know just how many things are made with corn. I would just love to have something I can give my children incase they are glutenized by accident.
