I’ve seen stuff made with Teff flour, is that safe to eat?

Teff is a grain.  It contains gluten.  The gluten in teff has not been adequately studied and is not recommended on a TRUE gluten free diet.

Can you tell me where to read up on this so I can understand it?

I have watched some of the videos on this site, and now understane your no grain statement.  Tapioca and other root starches are still okay, but what else is good?
