The test shows I'm intolerant to gluten, cow's milk, soybeans, as well as other foods. I have low vitamin D, B 12, and folic acid, along with chronic fatigue syndrome, candida, hyper and hypo thyroid, and maybe a kidney stone. I still have to get the test results back for Sjogren's syndrome, leaky gut, and mercury toxicity.
It is strange, but I read one could cycle between hypo and hype so maybe that's what's happening. Gluten intolerance finally showed up on my last test, but only after I spent 2 months eating bread two to three times a day. I gained 16 pounds, but it was worth it to get it to finally show up.
