I have had digestion problems dating all the way back to my early 20’s. First it started with a lot of gas and bloating. Then, when I started having kids, it turned into memory loss and very bad brain fog. Then about a couple months ago I became severely depressed, ended up in the hospital a couple of times, and had lots of stomach pain. I am ready to embrace this new lifestyle if it means I will be happy and healthy. I’m confused though, do ALL grains contain gluten, or are grains like buckwheat and quinoa still ok??
