Hi, I'm Christine from New England. I watched the first introductory video a little while ago, and now can't find the link to view the rest of them once I sign in. Rita, I also couldn't find the correct link and then remembered that I use the Firefox browser and sometimes it is not great with all websites. Then I called up my IE8 browser and went here and the “videos tutorials” on the menu bar shows up. Actually with my Firefox the link to the “HealthyGlutenFree Recipes” and the “video tutorials” are missing? Hi Christine! I just joined and am having the same problem. Don't understand what I just paid $70 for because I see absolutely no new information. Just more selling of things. Extremely disappointed. I have Safari. If there's an issue with the site working properly with certain browsers, that should be disclosed before accepting our money. In the last few weeks there have been changes made to the website and I have found a way to navigate through the changes. Please stay with it a little longer and see if there is information that will be helpful. This site has helped so many people.
When you get to the homepage, you will find a box “search”. Type in “Members Only”. Click on the Welcome link. That should help you to find all of the TV, Tutorials, articles, etc. If you want information on a particular condition or a topic of interest, you can search for those also.
About those Ads. They bother me too. That is a new thing I think, or I have never noticed them before. They do not support what Dr Osborne teaches about gluten free and good nutrition. It was explained to me by the techies, that You Tube is responsible for the ads

In all fairness to this website GFS and Dr.O, I have run into this webbrowser compatability with other websites and a few where I pay my bills. I was frustrated enought with one of them to really complain and make myself obnoxious about it. Their site engineer then explained to me that their website was designed to operate fully effectively with the latest MS IE browser and all the browsers do not fully mimic that language and programming due to some “in house” desigining on the different browsers. Some are close and I've found Chrome and Opera to be the closest. Firefox and Safari have many compatability issues as newer browsers are created and some problems with the different “developer” tools. Anyway, the website engineer said that for them to make their webpage fully compatable with all browsers would require a lot of cost to program the different requirements that would display a totally different page appearance on each browsers and not something they were willing to do. I sure love Firefox and they know they have problems too and that's where the fix needs to be made but they are also seeming to resist? Most all pages view fully and properly when using the IE browser that comes on all PC type computers and if not can be downloaded from the internet if needed. It's an annoyance to change browsers for certain websites but I really am not fond of IE and use my Firefox or Opera when possible.January 8, 2012 at 8:59 pm #9611LindaMember
I only have access through an apple computer that has Safari. If the site is not compatible with Safari, it should have been noted on the registration page. This is very unfair. I wrote for support. Now I can't load any of the videos or tv show either. Just get the “video forbidden” video private grey screen and it says that it is “loading viddler videos” but nothing else ever shows up. I've tried Firefox and IE9 and same on either one?January 15, 2012 at 11:27 am #9635

All of our videos had to be reloaded as our server changed. Thanks for being patient as we work on this nightmare
