    Hi Everyone,

I started doing a lot of reading and internet research trying to learn about how to help my family improve our health. My husband is obese and diabetic, my boys have ADHD and anxiety, and I have had depression and terrible PMS since about 17 years old. I also gained a lot of weight about 12 years ago, and was probably dealing with chronic fatigue.

I was starting to eat “clean” and happen to see Dr. OZ interview the author of Wheat Belly. I cut out wheat and BINGO. I started to feel so much better! I noticed that I was breathing through my nose in the mornings when I woke up, I was not struggling to get out of bed each day, and I started to experience pleasure and joy more that I had in a long long time. I also lost 21 pounds.

My husband and I got genetically tested and we were both positive. I have 501(HLA-DQ2) on DQA1, and 201(HLA-DQ2) and 602(HLA-DQ1) on DQB1. Dr. Ozborne said that our boys would be positive due to our genes also.

So I am starting on the journey. Hoping to help my family recover and improve their health. I am not doing as well as I was at first and am struggling with stubborn and strong willed boys who are not convinced this is necessary. I am looking forward to getting other test results back and see where that takes us.
