First, its great to find a place that supports the gluten challenged! Also I LOVE gluten, but it really doesn't like me. I am a longtime sufferer and short time traditional gluten freer (2mos). Working on going grain free now….now sure what level of grief Im in…but its not denial. My worst symptoms have mostly been neurological really affecting my quality of life…severe brain fog, fatigue, concentration issues, depression, headaches, irritability, etc., Medical advice so far is that I need to exercise…forced my way through P90 and still tired? Since going trad. gluten free I have been slowly getting better but had a big relapse after eating out off a gluten free menu…lesson learned..I am back to square one and still recovering a week later. Family and friends are “somewhat supportive” but mostly its fun for them to joke about. Most important for me…I feel my children are also having issues, and need to lead the way for them. I would like to finish by thanking everyone on this site and especially Dr. Osborne for the great info. and support. I have a long way to go….
