I usually get my hair colored and highlighted every 2-3 months. (hides my gray) . I know that I have a allergy to the dyes because it burns my scalp a bit when applied and I develop eczema on the back of my neck and around my ears afterwards.
I know this should be a no brainer!  But giving up hair color and cosmetics is worse than going gluten free! Lol
I asked my sister who is a beautician if there are hair dyes without the things I am allergic to. She took my list of allergies a few weeks ago and hasn’t found anything yet. Cry My husband has reminded me that I probably shouldn’t even be sitting in the beauty shop with all the smells. Grrr. He is right and I don’t like it! Holidays are here and my hair is long, roots are 2 inches long one color and the rest another color. I’m going crazy!! Anyone else share my dilemma.

When a friend of mine quit dying her hair, people suddenly started complimenting her hair. I like to be real. I also try to believe the Bible, it says gray hair is a crown. I keep telling myself!
